We have had a lovely two weeks. Woodland View makes a perfect base for exploring the whole of Cornwall. Fowey, Padstow, Watergate Bay, Eden Project, St Ives, Lanhydrock House and Cotehele are a must. Thank you for the very comfortable accommodation.
Mick, June + Annabel - Oxon. August 2015

Thank you for another great holiday. Very nice welcome. This was our second time here and we are sure we will return. The location works really well for us. Easy access to Fowey and then close enough to the main routes to places like Mousehole, Mullion, Boscastle, Port Isaac, Bedruthan steps. Great view from the cottage and very warm when the cold wind blows! Thank you!
Andy, Andrea & Megan - Malborough. August 2015

1st time in Woodland View. Was lovely. I love the set-up. We loved our short break but it went too quickly. Our daughter & family were staying next door so we spent lots of lovely time together. Lovely to see Fiona and Norman again, who always make us very welcome.
Sue and Dennis - Leeds. July 2015

Fantastic week in beautiful Cornwall. The accommodation exceeded our expectations... spacious, well presented and very comfortable. Home from home!!! During our stay the kids (age 7 & 11)particularly enjoyed Adrenaline Quarry, the beaches (Polkerris) and the amazing cycle tracks and Lanhydrock. A great lunch was had at Sams on the Beach amongst others. Overall a very successful week and we hope to return one day to Cornwall and Valley View.
Martin, Gayle, Nicola and Ben July 2015

We have had a lovely stay here in valley view. A lovely cottage in the perfect location for sightseeing. Thank you Fiona and Norman for making our stay relaxing and for the warm welcome upon arrival.
Kate & Laurent - Northamptonshire July 2015

Thank you again for a lovely holiday. This is our 6th visit and we still enjoy every minute. Thank you Fiona, Norman and Jess of course.
Louise, Darren, Mathew and Jessica July 2015

Once again we have had a lovely stay at Valley View. Everything was just as we left it back in July 2012! Superior accommodation and a friendly welcome as always. We had good weather in the main and visited loads of different places: Lost Gardens of Heligan, Gweek Seal Sanctury, St Agnes beach, Wheal Martyn Clay Mine, Charlestown Shipwreck Museum, Fowey, Mevagissey, Falmouth Maritime Museum, Dairyland Farm World, Kidsworld, Holywell Bay. Oasis Indoor swimming fun pool, St Michaels Mount + St Ives! Phew! Really needed two weeks! Jacob says he has loved crazy golf the best! We didn't get round to a BBQ. Izzy will miss the cows! Cornwall is a gorgeous county and we will no doubt be back next year. Thanks again Fiona and Norman.

Woodland View is a lovely place to stay, could not find fault with it. Would recommend to anyone visiting Cornwall, ideally situated for visiting places around this lovely county. Only problem for us is that we have stayed for a short period - needed at least two weeks. many thanks to Fiona and Norman
Briscoe's - Cheshire. July 2015

This has been a lovely week in a beautiful place. We have been to many nice places and the weather has been very good. We both hope to be back one day.
Brit & Brre Kristensen from Norway June 2015

Our 4th visit here to Valley View. As before, excellent accommodation and Fiona and Norman welcome us with open arms. Good weather with visits to Trevone beach, Polkerris, Fowey, Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey and lots more. Lars as always loves running around the beautiful accommodation and gardens. We will be back!!
Simon, Casha + Lars - Chelmsford June 2015

What fabulous accommodation in a truly beautiful position. Thank you so much to Fiona and Norman for their very warm welcome and the lovely Cornish cream tea. A really memorable week - we will certainly be back.

Our 4th visit and as lovely as ever. Thank you again
Diane, Richard, Kiran and Tom May 2015

Yet again, absolutely superb - amazing welcome from Fiona and Norman - always friendly and helpful. We love Valley View and Woodland View. Being in Cornwall also helps. We'll be back again.
Lucy, Sam, Louise and Glen - Stockport May 2015

The cottage is a parallel universe of peace, space, wonderful sunrises and relaxation. Eden can wander throughout the house without fear of stairs, so we can relax too. Everything we need is here for comfort and cooking too. We can be Xmas hermits!
Douglas Karen and Eden (18mths) Christmas 2014

Thank you again for another lovely holiday. We really feel that we have come home - see you in the summer.
Louise, Darren, Mathew and Jessica October 2014

Valley View is one of the nicest barns we've stayed in! Fiona has thought of so many little things that make such a big difference e.g. mirrors, sockets a plenty, heated towel rails! Silly stuff that makes a holiday more enjoyable :-). Been North South and West and would recommend Chapel Porth, Holywell,Treyarnon, Godrevy Towans, Gribbib Head, Polridmouth, Fowey, Gorran Haven, and St Uves! Oh and Padstow (tho' venture out of the hub hub up over the hill to St George's Bay). For pubs try the New in at Veryan or St Tudy Inn at funily enough St Tudy. Eccentric but very friendly owner and really good food at a good price...yum! Fantastic views are found everywhere in Cornwall, but they start right outside the living room windows at Valley View. So, stay in, go out, but enjoy!! Thanks Fiona and Norman for the cream tea and hope to re visit soon!
Julie + Alan - Kent September 2014

This property has lived up to and exceeded our expectations. The comfort, views and area are beautiful. Owners Fiona and Norman are good hosts and the cream tea was an added bonus. We hope the meadow ladies (cows) bring enjoyment to others as they have to us and we hope one day to return to Valley View.
