Reservations

A provisional reservation will be held for 7 days. If we have not received your completed & signed booking form with the appropriate deposit within 7 days, we regret that your reservation will lapse.

If your holiday begins less than eight weeks from the time of booking, the full rent is payable immediately.

The balance of payment is required in full 8 weeks before you are due to arrive.

Cheques should be made payable to F. Pendray.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be received in writing. If you do not receive a written acknowledgement, you must assume that we have not received your communication.

In the event of cancellation you will still be liable to pay the total amount due. However, if we manage to re-let the accommodation 75% of the total price will be returned. You are advised to take out cancellation insurance to cover this eventuality. Details of such a scheme will be sent to you with the booking confirmation.

Tenants Obligations

The property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any articles that are damaged, chipped or lost, must be paid for.

The proprietors reserve the right to enter the property 'if necessary' during your stay.

The property is designed and equipped for family holidays and is not for youth groups of student parties. Nor will it accommodate more than the stated number of beds. Only persons listed on the booking form are allowed to sleep in the accommodation.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse any booking or to cancel any bookings already made subject to refunding any sums you have paid, without further liability on your behalf.

The proprietors reserve the right to cancel any booking if it subsequently transpires that the above mentioned conditions have not been observed.

The proprietor shall not be liable to you or any other member of your party for any loss or damage to persons or property however caused.

Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the cottages.

You are required to vacate the property by 10 a.m. on the day of departure and arrive not before 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

Note: A security deposit of £100 is payable to the owner on arrival.
