The size and quality of the accommodation was fabulous and it benefited from an expansive outside terrace and gardens with far reaching views with an abundance of wildlife to look at with the binoculars kindly provided! We were welcomed with fresh roses and the most beautiful Cornish cream tea and nothing was overlooked or too much for the owner. A truly beautiful holiday home accurately portrayed by Sykes and highly recommended.

Our stay here provided the perfect location as a base to many wonderful areas on the Cornish Coast. Fiona met us at the cottage to provide the keys at our convenience and welcomed us with a wonderful Cornish cream tea which was a lovely touch. The house was spotless clean, everything was as described, the beds were comfortable, and the setting was tranquil. We will be waxing lyrical about our family holiday in Cornwall, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Valley View to friends and family. We will be back!

On our arrival we were welcomed by Fiona, she proved to be a very friendly and generous lady giving us very good tips of places to eat and visit. The accommodation definitely lived up to our expectation, and the views from most of the windows were spectacular. (The binoculars were a nice touch) We would definitely book this accommodation again and would recommend it to anyone!

The information about the property was slightly mis-leading as it was not a detached property and although it said it could be booked with Woodland View it was basically all the same building and entrance. Luckily Woodland view was empty when we were there but had there been noisy children/tenants next door then it would not have been quite as nice as it was.
